A fire escape is a special kind of emergency exit, usually mounted to the outside of a building or occasionally inside but separate from the main areas of the building. It provides a method of escape in the event of a fire or other emergency that makes the stairwells inside a building inaccessible. Fire escapes are most often found on multiple-story residential buildings, such as apartment buildings. At one time, they were a very important aspect of fire safety for all new construction in urban areas; more recently, however, they have fallen out of common use. This is due to the improved building codes incorporating fire detectors, technologically advanced fire fighting equipment, which includes better communications and the reach of fire fighting ladder trucks, and more importantly fire sprinklers. The system comprises a fire disaster situation detection and alarm system, an RFID tag, an RFID mobile read-write device, a mobile terminal, a central processing module, a cloud platform, and an escape route calculation module. In addition, the invention also discloses a method for utilizing the system to carry out fire escape cloud commanding. According to the invention, the mobile terminal is used as a command terminal; and a cloud calculating technology and an RFID technology are used to combine a fire disaster alarm system, fire alarming, fire situation and personnel positioning, and escape route indication and the like, thereby forming the RFID/wireless network-based fire escape cloud command system and method. When the system and the method are used, rapid and accurate positioning of the fire situation and the personnel can be realized; effective instruction of an escape route for people is realized; the panic in the fire disaster is reduced; the escape probability is increased; the surviving opportunity is increased; the loss is reduced; and convenience is provided for rescuing organization by the fire fighters.
