The present invention discloses a battery protection chip, a power supply device and an electronic cigarette, belonging to the field of electronic technology application. The battery protection chip comprises a mainboard, and a logic controller, a current monitoring module, a voltage monitoring module, a short-circuit protection module and a change-over switch which are integrated on the mainboard. The mainboard comprises a voltage input pin, a grounding pin and a system grounding pin; the current monitoring module is connected with the logic controller and the system grounding pin, and the voltage monitoring module is connected with the voltage input pin; and the short-circuit protection module is connected with the logic controller and the system grounding pin. The change-over switch isconnected in series between the grounding pin and the system grounding pin, and the logic controller is connected with the change-over switch; and the logic controller is configured to control on-offof the change-over switch according to a detection result for a circuit by employing at least one of the current monitoring module, the voltage monitoring module and the short-circuit protection module. The problem is solved that the heat dissipation effect of the circuit board is poor, and the battery protection chip, the power supply device and the electronic cigarette are used for protection ofthe battery of the electronic cigarette.
