The method comprises the following steps: the control module acquires a voltage value of each single battery through the acquisition module corresponding to each single battery in the battery pack; the control module determines a reference voltage value required by balance judgment according to the voltage value of each single battery in the batterypack; and the control module determines the single battery to be balanced according to the voltage value of at least one single battery in the battery pack and the reference voltage value.
