Abstract

The mounting structure comprises a rotor, thrust magnetic bearings, a thrust disc and the axial sensor; the thrust disc and the two thrust magnetic bearings sleeve the rotor, the thrust disc is arranged between the two thrust magnetic bearings, one thrust magnetic bearing is provided with two sensor mounting holes, the two sensor mounting holes are located within the radius range of the thrust disc, one sensor mounting hole is internally provided with the axial sensor and filled with pouring sealant,and the axial sensor detects the displacement variation between the thrust magnetic bearings and the thrust disc. By means of the mounting structure, a displacement sensor mounting base is omitted, the space is saved, the displacement variation between the thrust magnetic bearings and the thrust disc is directly measured, the detection position is more accurate, and the mounting structure is suitable for mounting impellers at both ends of the rotor and has higher applicability.
