Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a three-dimensional image region contour generation method based on GPU parallel acceleration. The method comprises the steps that region contour pixel sets in a left view image, a right view image and a left view image are given; obtaining robust matching feature pixel set pairs according to a GPU accelerated scale invariant feature conversion and randompomelo sample consistency inspection method; performing edge line uniform sampling to obtain an edge sampling pixel set in the left view image; obtaining a triangularized pixel set in the left view image through additional random sampling; according to a Delaunay triangularization method accelerated by the GPU, calculating a planar triangular mesh of the left view image; obtaining a triangularizedpixel set in the right view image by using a GPU accelerated conjugate gradient method; and calculating an area contour pixel set in the right view image, wherein a closed loop line formed by the area contour pixel set is an area contour line result in the right view image.
