Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated circuit (IC) integrated with direct current isolation and an application thereof, being capable of integrating a small capacitor into an input end in a broadbandIC applied to optical communication and simplifying impedance matching. An input impedance, an integrated direct current isolation capacitor, an active device and a biasing resistor are integrated into the input end in the IC; one end of the input impedance is earthed, while the other end is connected with the external direct current input of the IC and the front end of the integrated direct current isolation capacitor; the rear end of the integrated direct current isolation capacitor is connected with the grid of the active device; one end of the biasing resistor is earthed, while the other end is connected between the rear end of the integrated direct current isolation capacitor and the active device; and the active device serving as the first-stage input of the IC is connected with theother part of the circuit besides the input end in the IC.
