Problems solved by technology

After the applicant's later research, it was found that if the plastic film is used to cover the treatment, the internal environment humidity will be too high, the temperature will be too high, the peel will soon ferment and rot, and the seeds will lose their vitality, which will greatly affect the germination rate and its stability.
And the defect of seed acid treatment is: the acid used is a strong acid, there are potential safety hazards in the actual operation, and there is a certain difficulty in popularization; the concentration is not easy to control, and it is easy to cause acid erosion to the seeds, thereby making the seeds lose their vitality.
Therefore, resulting in the germination rate of the method and its instability
[0010] It can be seen that there are more or less defects in the above-mentioned prior art, and the technical problems of low germination rate of litsea cubeba seeds and poor stability of germination rate have not been completely solved yet.

Embodiment 1

[0071] Litsea cubeba seedling high germination rate rapid breeding method comprises the following steps

[0072] (1) Seed collection requires the collection of mature seeds. The criteria for judging mature seeds are plump seeds and dark purple red.

[0073] (2) Seed treatment and winter storage

[0074] (2a) The seeds are placed indoors in a cool, ventilated place at room temperature, piled up in layers 15 cm thick, retting the exocarp, turning it 3 times a day until all the exocarp is removed. Under running water, use a steel sieve to remove the exocarp, and soak for 1-2 hours in plant ash water with warm water at 35-38°C. The seeds are rubbed lightly in water with fine sand (0.5 mm in diameter) to remove the outer layer of waxy seed coat. Soak seeds in 25% PEG-6000 for 24h, 40mg / L gibberellin (GA3) for 24h, and a mixed solution of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA, 50mg / L) and indoleacetic acid (IAA, 30mg / L) Soak the seeds in the middle for 6h.

[0075] (2b) Wet storage of mix...

Embodiment 2

[0088] At the beginning of September 2009, 20.0kg of mature seeds were collected from adult mother trees in Lengshuitan District (111.61°E, 26.5578°N) of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, of which 10.0kg were raised according to conventional seedling raising methods, and the germination rate was 9.5% in that year; the other 10.0kg were raised according to the implementation The steps in Example 1 were carried out at the nursery base of Hengxing Forestry Development Co., Ltd. in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province (113.41°E, 26.91°N) before sowing with multiple hormone combination treatments, sand storage and sowing seedlings. Germination began 30 days after sowing, and germinated after 50 days The rate reached 96.30%, the average height of seedlings was 61.2cm, and the average ground diameter was 0.7cm. There were 16,000 seedlings / mu out of the nursery that year, and the germination rate and output were significantly higher than traditional seedling raising methods.

Embodiment 3

[0090] The operation was carried out according to the steps in Example 1, time: early September 2009, place: Qunfeng Town, Zhuzhou City, and the germination rate was 93.38%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving seed germination rate and germination rate stability of litsea cubeba. The method comprises the following steps of (1) putting litsea cubeba seeds in a shade cool and ventilation position being 10 to 25 DEG C; spraying water to maintain a moist state; removing outer peel through retting; performing turning 3 to 6 times every day; performing retting for 7 to 15 days until the outer peel is totally removed; (2) putting the seeds without the outer peel into plant ash water to be soaked; (3) slightly kneading and washing the seeds; removing outer layer wax seed coat; (4) sequentially performing treatment by various reagents according to the following steps of 1, putting the seeds into 24 to 25 percent of PEG-6000 to be soaked for 20 to 24 h; then, flushing the seeds by flowing water for 1 to 2 h; 2, putting the seeds into gibberellin with the concentration being 35 to 40 mg / L to be soaked for 20 to 24 h; 3, putting the seeds into a mixed solution containing 45 to 50 mg / L of naphthylacetic acid and 25 to 30 mg / L of indoleacetic acid to be soaked for 5 to 6 h; (5) performing seeding. The method has the advantages that the germination rate and the seedling forming rate of the seeds can be obviously improved; the stability is high; the cost is reduced; the yield is improved.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the germination rate and germination rate stability of litsea cubeba seeds, and belongs to the technical field of tree seedling propagation. Background technique: [0002] Litsea cubeba (Litsea cubeba) is a deciduous shrub or small tree of the genus Zingiberaceae, mainly distributed in southern China and Southeast Asian countries. Its fruit, leaves, branches and other parts contain aromatic oils, which have high economic value and are one of the characteristic spice plant resources in southern my country. Litsea cubeba main propagation method is sowing propagation. However, due to the particularity of the exocarp and seed contents of Litsea Cubeba, the traditional seedling raising method has low seed germination rate, few seedlings, high cost and low output, which seriously affects the application and promotion of this precious spice tree species. [0003] Experiments have proved that the germination r...
