Problems solved by technology

[0003] With the widespread use of compressed air ejection technology in the field of missile launching, researchers in my country's military colleges and universities have carried out theoretical analysis and simulation calculations on the dynamic parameters of the missile ejection process. Due to the lack of ejection experimental equipment, the theoretical analysis results cannot be verified experimentally.

Embodiment

[0057] An air ejection experimental device for simulating missile ejection, see for equipment composition Figure 5 , the main equipment includes air compressor, ejection device, control cabinet, UPS, upper computer, touch screen, etc.

[0058] Steps:

[0059] (1) Inflate the gas cylinder. Turn on the air compressor to inflate the gas cylinder (gas cylinder pressure ≤ 0.8MPa), and turn off the air compressor after charging to the required pressure for ejection;

[0060] (2) Air connection. according to Figure 5 The schematic diagram of the air circuit shown in the figure shows that after confirming that the air supply hand valve of the gas cylinder is closed, connect the gas source pipeline to the ejection test bench: the outlet of the gas cylinder is connected to the air supply hose, and is distributed to three experiments through four connections tower;

[0061] (3) Cable connection. Connect the cables between the test bench and the measurement and control cabinet, an...

Abstract

The invention discloses a compressed air ejection experiment device simulating missile ejection. The compressed air ejection experiment device simulating missile ejection comprises an ejection device,a measurement and control system, an air compressor, an air supply system and a UPS power supply. The ejection device is filled with a simulating missile before an experiment is started; when the experiment is started, the launching angle is adjusted, and when an ejection instruction of the measurement and control system is received, the simulating missile is ejected out of a launching cartridge;the air supply system starts or stops supplying air to the ejection device according to the instruction of the measurement and control system; the air compressor inflates an air cylinder before the experiment is started; and the measurement and control system sends an adjusting instruction and an ejection instruction to the ejection device to simulate the process that the simulating missile is ejected out of the launching cartridge, the displacement of the simulating missile and the pressure and temperature of the launching cartridge are collected in real time, and storing, analyzing and result displaying are conducted. The UPS power supply is used for supplying power to the ejection device, the measurement and control system and the air supply system. According to the compressed air ejection experiment device simulating missile ejection, an experiment platform is supplied to air ejection related professions, dynamic parameters of the launching process of the simulating missile in thelaunching cartridge can be studied, and a scaling test for the launching process of the missile in the launching cartridge is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a compressed air ejection experimental device. The ejection experimental device adopts compressed air as an ejection power source, and measures dynamic parameters during ejection and ejection, so as to provide a simulation scaling reference for air ejection technology. It belongs to the field of ejection experiment. Background technique [0002] Compressed air ejection technology, as a new type of cold launch technology, has the characteristics of cleanliness, good repeatability, low manufacturing cost, convenient use and maintenance, ejection pressure can be adjusted according to the weight of the shell, and multiple shells can be launched in one barrel. More and more applications for missile launch missions. [0003] With the widespread use of compressed air ejection technology in the field of missile launching, researchers in my country's military colleges and universities have carried out theoretical analysis and simulatio...
