The method comprises the following steps of (1), carrying out big data arrangement, specifically, carrying out statistics on data transmitting and receiving time within recent seven days, determining frequencies of everyday transmitted and received data within each time period, and recent frequencytrends; and (2), writing an operating program, specifically, writing an operating system of the wireless sensors according to the frequencies of the transmitted and received data within the seven daysand the transmitting and receiving frequencies. According to the method, the data is collected and prejudged, so a sleep mode is selectively carried out on the wireless sensor within right time. Mostof the time, the wireless sensor is in a sleep state. Power consumption of the sleeping wireless sensor is greatly reduced, so usage of the wireless sensor is effectively extended. A judgment mode ofa system is rational. The problem that the data is not transmitted in time is avoided to the greatest extent. Through setting of short sleep judgment and long sleep judgment, the wireless sensor cantransmit the data relatively flexibly and conveniently.
