The invention provides a large-scale phased array multi-channel calibration circuit based on a distribution mode, wherein a calibration circuit generates equal-amplitude in-phase calibration signals,which are transmitted to coupled calibration networks by equal length; each coupled calibration network transmits the received calibration signals to the calibration ports of each X-channel transceiver component by the equal-amplitude in-phase division function by 1:M; the calibration ports are orderly transmitted to all the receiving channels of the components constituting the array through the switch selection and components of 1:X and the coupling effect of couplers of each common channel; each receiving channel obtains the amplitude phase information of all signals by detecting the signalsto realize the amplitude phase calibration of the receiving channel of the array; and the channels of all the components constituting the array are traversed to obtain amplitude phase characteristicsof all the transmitting channels, so as to achieve the amplitude phase alignment of the array emission channels.
