Abstract

A multi-phase DC-DC controller is provided and is connected to a driver having an enable pin. The controller includes an N-th phase current sensing pin, an N-th phase PWN pin, a phase detection selection unit, an enable setting unit and a switching unit, with the N being a positive integer. The N-th phase PWN pin is connected to the enable pin. The phase detection selection unit is connected to the N-th phase current sensing pin, and generates a control signal according to a detection signal of the N-th phase current sensing pin. The enable setting unit provides an enable signal.
