Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method for uniform-colored FEP colorful particles. The processing method comprises the following steps: (1) fluorination pretreatment: FEP fluororesins in raw materials are added in a reactor; fluorine and nitrogen mixed gas with a certain ratio is introduced for reaction by a period of time at a proper temperature; and instable end groups on FEP are replaced by fluorination to obtain fluorinated FEP fluororesins; (2) mixing: the fluorinated FEP fluororesins, dispersing agents, modified fillers and pigment are put in a container for mixing according to a certain ratio for full mixing; (3) melting extrusion: the uniform-mixed materials in the step (2) are added in an extruder for melting extrusion molding at a proper temperature; and (4) postprocessing:the molded products extruded in the step (3) are subsequently processed, including cooling, dehydration, dicing and drying.
