Abstract

The invention discloses a double-closed-loop control system and method of a magnetic liquid double-suspension bearing with single freedom degree. According to the system, a differential displacement detection module detects offset of a rotor of the magnetic liquid double-suspension bearing, converts the offset into analog voltage and outputs the analog voltage to a position control module, and theposition control module compares the analog voltage with reference voltage and outputs control current based on the voltage difference. The differential displacement detection module is used for detecting coil current of the magnetic liquid double-suspension bearing. A current control module is used for outputting driving current based on the control current and the coil current. A power amplification module is connected with the current control module and the magnetic liquid double-suspension bearing separately to adjust the driving current and drive an electromagnetic coil of the magnetic liquid double-suspension bearing through the well adjusted driving current. The double-closed-loop control system is adopted, an outer ring guarantees position accuracy of the rotor and equality between the electromagnetic force and the static pressure support force.
