Abstract

Each 1000 ml of human adipose preserving fluid contains 50-70 g of low molecular dextran-40, 50-60 mmol of NaCl,20-30 mmol of KCl, 4-8 mmol of MgSO4, 40-60 mmol of cane sugar, 0.1-0.2 g of penicillin G sodium salt, 0.1-0.2 g of amphotericin, 0.07-0.13 g of gentamicin, 3-5 mmol of reduced glutathione, 4-8 mmol of adenosine and the balance deionized water. The preserving fluid has the pH value of 7.33-7.53. All the components are mixed and dissolved in the deionized water, subpackaged and sealed, and then preserved at 0-4 DEG C.
