Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described by the following examples, but these examples should not be used to explain the limitation of the present invention.

[0023] see figure 1 , in step S101, the sequence is decontaminated, and the existing high-quality sequences are deredundantly processed to obtain a set of non-repetitive base sequences.

[0024] In the embodiment of the present invention, a set of DNA unique sequences that are different from each other can be obtained after eliminating repetitive sequences from the high-quality DNA sequences obtained through pre-processing, and the richness of the original DNA sequences can be recorded with the least amount of sequences . Preferably, the unique.seqs function of the mothur software is used to preserve the repetitive relationship of the sequence while removing redundancy, so as to facilitate subsequent statistics of sequence abundance.

[0025] In step S102, a sequence comparison is performed, the base seq...

Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial community functional gene analysis method based on protein sequence similarity. The microbial community functional gene analysis method comprises the following steps: sequence impurity removal step; sequence comparison step; protein sequence processing step; protein sequence representative sequence processing step; and species annotation step. According to the method, compared with the OUT method, the data analysis is more simplified, and merged protein classification units are more centralized. An amino acid sequence rather than a nucleic acid sequence is taken as a basis for sequence merging. Factors such as degeneracy and termination codons are fully considered. For a target fragment of a specific functional gene, the method has enough good directivity, and interference sequences except the target fragment can be effectively eliminated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microbial gene analysis, in particular to a method for analyzing functional genes of microbial communities based on protein sequence similarity. Background technique [0002] Microbial community sequencing refers to the high-throughput sequencing of microbial communities, and analyzes the composition of microbial communities or the composition and function of genes in a specific environment by analyzing the composition of sequencing sequences. With the help of the compositional difference analysis of microbial communities in different environments, we can analyze the relationship between microorganisms and environmental factors or hosts, and look for marker flora or genes with specific functions. In order to further analyze some characteristics of the microbial community by analyzing functional genes. The most commonly used method currently used in the research of microbiome functional gene amplicon sequencing is ...
