The electronic device comprises a processing unit and a gas pressure detection unit. The electronic device is provided with a gas hole at the position of the gas pressure detection unit, the processing unit comprises: a gas pressure detection module, wherein when a user blocks the gas hole, the gas pressure detection unit is controlled to detect a first gas pressure value of an environment where the electronic device is located, when the user makes the gas hole facing thewind direction, the gas pressure detection unit is controlled to detect a second gas pressure value of the environment where the electronic device is located; a wind pressure obtaining module configured to obtain a wind pressure value of the environment where the electronic device is located according to the difference value of the first gas pressure value and the second gas pressure value detected by the gas pressure detection unit; and a wind speed determination module configured to determine the wind speed where the environment where the electronic device is located according to the obtained wind pressure value and the relation between the wind pressure and the wind speed.
