Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0023] Viscous damper detection effect evaluation method of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0024] The first step: damper performance testing. According to the viscous damper detection method given in the specification "Building Energy Dissipating Damper" (JG / T 09-2007), apply sine waves of different frequencies and amplitudes according to the requirements, and obtain the detection results of the damper under different instructions . Due to the influence of the performance of the testing machine, sine waves with different frequencies and amplitudes will lead to different detection errors. Usually, the higher the frequency, the greater the amplitude of the sine wave, the greater the detection error, and the lower the reliability of the detection results.

[0025] Step 2: Calculate the amplitude error using the frequency domain evaluation index. After the dete...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating an detection effect of a viscous damper. After a damper applies command displacements with different frequencies and amplitudes through a tester, a frequency-domain evaluation and a time domain index are employed to calculate detection errors, when the amplitude error is smaller than 5%, and the maximum error is smaller than 10%, it is considered that a detection result is credible, or else, the parameters of the tester are needed to regulate for detection again until the amplitude error and the maximum error meet requirements. The method can beused for evaluating whether the test means and process are reasonable in the viscous damper performance detection so as to avoid the deviation of the detection result and the actual condition caused by the test system errors and accurately determine whether the performances of the damper are qualified or not.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection effect evaluation method of a viscous damper, which belongs to the field of structure detection. Background technique [0002] Dampers are common shock-absorbing and energy-dissipating components in the field of civil engineering, which can reduce the loss of building structures caused by earthquakes and wind loads. With the increasing demand for anti-seismic and wind resistance, dampers are widely used in building and bridge structures. The viscous damper is a passive speed-dependent damper with viscous material as the damping medium, and is one of the most commonly used dampers at present. Before the damper is applied, the performance of the damper needs to be tested, mainly including the maximum damping force, damping coefficient and damping index. [0003] The testing method for viscous dampers is given in the specification "Building Energy Dissipating Dampers" (JG / T 09-2007). The specification requires the u...
