Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum alloy foil for an integrated ceiling. The aluminum alloy foil for an integrated ceiling comprises a lower layer aluminum alloy foil body and a grid-like reinforcinglayer compounded on the lower layer aluminum alloy foil body, wherein the lower layer aluminum alloy foil body comprises the following components: in percent by weight, 1.5-2.0% of Mn, 0.5-0.7% of Si, 0.05-0.1% of Cu, 0.3-0.6% of Fe, 0.05-0.1% of Zn and the balance Al, and the grid-like reinforcing layer comprises the following components: in percent by weight, 0.5-1.0% of Mn, 0.5-0.7% of Si, 0.05-0.1% of Zr, 0.1-0.2% of Ti and the balance Al; and the grid-like reinforcing layer is compounded on the surface of the lower layer aluminum alloy foil body through hot rolling at 550-600 DEG C. Thegird-like reinforcing layer with higher strength is compounded on the lower layer aluminum alloy foil body through hot rolling so as to form the aluminum alloy foil of a composite structure, and the aluminum alloy foil is used as a panel material for the integrated ceiling; and on the premise of maintaining of original advantages of the aluminum alloy foil, the anti-deformation ability of the aluminum alloy foil is improved further, and the service life of the aluminum alloy foil is improved.
