Abstract

The high-strength aluminum alloy provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-1.5% of Mg, 0.25-1.2% of Si, 0.6-1.2% of Cu, 0.1-0.8% of Mn, 0.01-0.2% of Cr, 0.01-0.15% of Ti and the balance of Al. The yield strength of the hollow profile of the alloy in the T6 state (after completing aging treatment) is up to 350 MPa, the tensile strength is up to 400 MPa, and the plasticity is higher than 10%; and the hollow profile has favorable welding performance and fatigue resistance.
