The device comprises a partial discharge detection device which is installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle and comprises an antenna, an electromagnetic signal conditioning circuit, an ultrasonic sensor, an ultrasonic conditioning circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, a microprocessor, an airborne WiFi communication module and a power supply; and a ground portable computer which is used for receiving the detection result information processed by the microprocessor for storage and display and can control the partial discharge detection device. The device can quickly evaluate the insulation state of the 10 kV overhead insulated wire, solve the problem that the unmanned aerial vehicle of the 10 kV overhead insulated line cannot determine the partial discharge position information quickly in the course of inspection, improve the anti-noise abilityof the system and avoid the use of expensive ultrasonic arrays and antenna arrays.
