The invention provides a user experience evaluation method and system based on an ELMAN neural network, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a process video of a user using a newly developedAPP through development of a mobile phone App, and transmitting the process video to a cloud end (the video file can be shot or read through the mobile phone App on site); decomposing the video into aseries of continuous photos at a cloud end; a face recognition technology is applied to recognize the face expression types corresponding to the series of photos, code vectors with expressions changing along with time are obtained, and on a cloud platform, a complex nonlinear relation model of user experience data and corresponding user experience process scores is established through an ELMAN neural network; a user experience evaluation result of the user experience process can be automatically obtained by inputting a video to serve as a basis for upgrading and optimizing an APP product by an enterprise.
