Abstract

The reflecting member is used for fixing a measured object. The compensation-type angle sensor comprises the reflecting member which is rotatable and is provided with a number of reflecting surfaces in a circumferential direction. Each reflecting surface isused for reflecting the laser beam 1. The compensation-type angle sensor further comprises a concave lens which is used for receiving the laser beam 1 reflected by the reflecting surfaces and causingthe laser beam to refract, a beam splitter which is used for dividing the laser beam 1 reflected by the reflecting surfaces of the reflecting member into a laser beam 2 and a laser beam 3, a photodetector 1 which is used to receive the laser beam 2 reflected by the beam splitter 1 and measure the incident position thereof, and a photodetector 2 which is used to receive the laser beam 3 transmitted through the beam splitter 1 and measure the incident position thereof.
