The detection hole serves as a to-be-detected object, and the circumferential relative angle relation of the locking hole relative to the locking pin can be accurately determined, so that the first control command is output to the rotor drive component, and thus the locking pin and the locking hole are accurately aligned along with rotation of the rotor.
