The method comprises the following steps of: the cloud server storing the identification information of the application software of which the unloading frequency is greater than a preset frequency threshold value into a first database; extracting the evaluation information of the application software of which the unloading frequency is not greater than a preset frequency threshold value; obtaining corresponding evaluation keywords, matching the evaluation keywords with preset standard keywords, and if at least one evaluation keyword is successfully matched with one preset standard keyword, storing the identification information of the corresponding application software into a second database; the cloud server receives an instruction for starting application software sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the instruction comprises identification information of the application software needing to be started; and the cloud server matches the identification information in the instruction with the identification information in the first database and the second database, and if the matching is successful, the application software needing to be started is controlled to be in a closed state.
