A discriminating model for a Crohn's disease and an intestinal Behcet disease comprises scores of corresponding indexes in at least two aspects of clinical representation, an endoscope characteristicand an imaging characteristic and the summation of scores of the corresponding indexes. The indexes of the clinical representation comprise genitals ulcer and skin lesion; wherein the indexes of the endoscope characteristic comprise quasi-circular ulcer and longitudinal ulcer; the total number of ulcers is higher than 5; inflammatory polyp; wherein the indexes of the imaging characteristic comprise severe enhancement of a mucosal surface and fat density increase around a mesentery; wherein the Crohn's disease is diagnosed when the total number is higher than 1, and the intestinal Behcet disease is diagnosed when the total number is lower than or equal with 1.
