According to the scheme, by increasing the torque to suppress speed rise when the wind turbine generator set has a fault, the phenomenon of "false recovery" can be avoided, the active power, speed and torque are raised in a matching mode, and eventually all the parameters are stably and rapidly recovered to a normal state.
