The application discloses a meterable abnormal
water use flow limiting device, which is composed of a metering module, an accumulation reset module, a trigger execution module and an external manual reset
assembly. The application accurately calibrates the trigger water accumulation volume through mechanical gear matching. The automatic accumulation data zero reset is realized by relying on
water stop surge during normal intermittent
water use. The main waterway is automatically shut off when the continuous abnormal
water leakage accumulates to the set volume, and only small flow bypass
water supply is reserved. After the
water leakage fault is repaired, the valve core reset and
cam counting zero are completed in an integrated manner through the external manual reset
handle. The application is operated in a passive mechanical mode throughout the process, does not require
electric control components, can identify 0.1L / min micro leakage at the minimum, can adjust the trigger threshold value in a mechanical mode through gear matching, and solves the industry pain points that the existing passive
water leakage protector cannot distinguish intermittent normal
water use and
continuous leakage, micro leakage detection fails and reset is complicated.
