The PaaS platform is a server, andthe ASP platform is a client. The method comprises the following steps: calculating an application topological structure by analyzing an application deployment packet; dividing the application into aplurality of application modules; the server monitoring whether an application module of a long-term leased virtual machine in the virtual machine cluster and an application module of an on-demand paid virtual machine resource are lower than or higher than a given threshold value or not; dispatching the virtual machine amount application modules for corresponding distribution migration again before migration, and distributing requests to each virtual machine cluster for distributed processing according to a redispatching scheme; completing configuration.
