Abstract

The invention discloses a tomato pigment lipstick and a preparation method thereof. The tomato pigment lipstick is prepared from, by mass, 5-13 parts of beeswax, 5 parts of candelilla wax, 8-25 partsof refined shea butter, 22 parts of sweet almond base oil, 20-45 parts of tomato pigment and 15 parts of gromwell red pigment. The method comprises the following steps of extracting the tomato pigmentby adopting an ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent ethyl acetate, and studying the influence of a material-liquid ratio, extraction time, ultrasonic power and extraction temperature on the extractioneffect of the tomato pigment through a single-factor experiment; selecting an optimal extraction condition for ultrasonic-assisted extracting the tomato pigment through an orthogonal experiment, andthen using the extracted pigment for developing the lipstick to replace artificially synthesized pigment in existing lipstick raw materials. The prepared lipstick is safe and healthy, smooth in texture, suitable in color and luster, good in hardness and high in moistening degree.
