Abstract

The invention relates to a stability state acquiring method of a milling system. The method comprises the steps of 1, building a Hermite interpolation polynomial functional integration quadrature formula; 2, building a function relation between a free vibration starting point an ending point of a cutter based on the theory that the cutter vibrates during cutting by a milling cutter; and building amilling state transferring torque; 3, determining the stability of the milling system based on the floquet theory and the built milling state transferring trolley; and 4, building a stability boundary diagram based on the determined stability of the milling system. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the milling system stability state can be acquired on the premise that the calculation accuracy is not reduced, and the stable boundary of the milling system can be quickly constructed, so that the method is of important significance on selecting of non-vibration milling processing parameters in production process.
