FIGS. 1 and 8 show generally the preferred embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention designated generally by the numeral 10. Mill apparatus 10 includes a mill 11 having a base 12 portion at its lower end and a pair of spaced apart struts 13, 14 extending upwardly therefrom. The guide body 11 has a lower receptacle in the form of a pair of spaced apart hemispherical bearing cups 15, 16 each of which carries a corresponding hemispherical end portion 21 of reamer 20 (see FIGS. 1, 7, and 8) during use.
