Problems solved by technology

[0010] According to the magnitude of the back electromotive force of the motor, adjust the conduction duty cycle of the lower bridge of the inverter bridge. The lower the speed, the smaller the loading torque, and the higher the speed, the greater the loading torque. The torque cannot be controlled.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments. The following examples will help those skilled in the art to further understand the present invention, but do not limit the present invention in any form. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several changes and improvements without departing from the concept of the present invention. These all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0028] For permanent magnet synchronous motors, the formula of electromagnetic torque is shown in formula (1).

[0029] T e =3E / 2ω·I=3 / 2·Ke·I(1)

[0030] In the formula (1), E is the magnitude of the back EMF, ω is the motor speed, K e Is the back emf coefficient, I is the phase current amplitude. Thus, the electromagnetic torque of the motor can be controlled by controlling the phase current of the motor.

Abstract

The invention provides a torque loading system which comprises a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a controller and an energy recovery device in communication successively. The controller comprises an MCU, a pre-driving circuit, an inversion bridge, a rotor position detection circuit, a capacitor group, a control power supply circuit and a communication circuit; the pre-driving circuit communicates with the MCU; the inversion bridge communicates with the pre-driving circuit and the PMSM; the rotor position detection circuit communicates with the MCU and the PMSM; the capacitor group communicates with the inversion bridge and the energy recovery device; the control power supply circuit controls communication between the power supply circuit and the MCU; and the communication circuit communicates with the MCU. Compared with the prior art, the torque loading system has the following advantages that 1) the hardware cost is reduced compared with a magnetic resistance manner; 2) energy is recovered, and power consumption is reduced; 3) the magnitude of loading torque is controllable; 4) the dynamic performance is higher than that of the magnetic resistance manner; and 5) the cost is lower under the same power compared with the magnetic resistance manner.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a torque loading system. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, the loading system mostly adopts the following types. [0003] 1) Mechanical friction loading mechanism [0004] The principle is simple and the structure is not complicated, but it is difficult to control the loading moment and the cost is increased. [0005] 2) The magnetic resistance device is used as the load mechanism [0006] The magnitude of the torque can be controlled, but the real-time performance is not good, and it is difficult to realize the occasion that requires fast adjustment of the loading torque. And the implementation cost is higher. [0007] 3) The permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the load mechanism, and the phase wire of the motor is shorted by resistance to realize loading [0008] This way is easier to implement. When the size of the resistance is determined, the lower the speed, the smaller the loading torque, an...
