The vehicle anti-rollover system based on the electric power steering device comprises a sensor module, the electric power steering device, a rollover evaluation unit and a rotation angle limiting unit; and the sensor module comprises a vehicle speed sensor, a steering wheel rotation angle sensor, a slope angle sensor, a vehicle body roll angle sensor and a yaw velocity sensor. According to the vehicle anti-rollover system based on an electric power steering device, a safe automobile wheel rotation angle is calculated by using a rotation angle limiting unit when a vehicle roll angle exceeds a threshold, the safe automobile wheel rotation angle is transmitted to an electronic control unit of the electric power steering device; through an angle closed-loop system, an overlarge automobile wheel rotation angle is reduced to a safety value so as to perform anti-rollover control; and therefore, rollover of an automobile during running is avoided; and the vehicle anti-rollover system based on the electric power steering device is suitable for any vehicle using the electric power steering device and possesses universal applicability.
