A guide impeller and an impeller are sequentially arranged at the lower end of the pump shaft from top to bottom. A filter component is arranged at the lower end of the pump body and is located below the guide impeller and the impeller. Acleaning device is arranged below the filter component and comprises a rotary shaft. The upper end of the rotary shaft is fixedly connected with the filter component. Rotary blades are arranged at the lower end of the rotary shaft. A rotary sleeve which can vertically move up and down along the rotary shaft is positioned on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft in the circumferential direction, and a guide rod perpendicular to the rotary shaft is fixed to the rotary sleeve.
