pipe and a
sucker rod. According to the airtight online cleaning method, through the seven steps of mounting of a
sucker rod cleaning device, cleaning of the
sucker rod and
recovery of waste liquid, trip-out of the sucker rod, mounting of an oil
pipe cleaning device, cleaning of the outer wall of the oil
pipe and
recovery of waste liquid, cleaning of the inner wall of the oil pipe and
recovery of waste liquid, and trip-out of the oil pipe, by adopting a high-temperature and high-pressure steam-hot water medium, and by utilizing the double effects of high-pressure washing and high-pressure
wax melting, crude oiland paraffin deposits on the inner surface and the outer surface of the oil pipe and on the sucker rod are subjected to airtight cleaning, the
operation time is short, and cleaning is more thorough, and online synchronous operation of
tripping out the sucker rod and the oil pipe is realized; and the problem that the inner wall of an oil pipe cannot be cleaned in the prior art is solved. The wasteliquid generated in the operation process is completely recovered, thus the damage to a formation and the ground is avoided, and cleaning operation is realized truly. The airtight online cleaning method can also be applied to cleaning and
workover operation of a well without oil drain devices such as screw pumps.
