The invention provides a method for accurately measuring magnetic core loss. The measuring method comprises the following steps: I, measuring the current peak value I<1>, current effective value I<ac>, alternating current impedance R<ac.core> and average input power P<core> of current flowing through a magnetic core inductor to be measured; II, measuring the current peak value I<2> of current flowing through an air core coil group; III, inputting the two measured current peak values on an interface of a LabVIEW upper computer, controlling a single chip microcomputer to automatically match an inductance network for inductance adjustment to make the current peak values of the current flowing through the adjusted air core coil group and the magnetic core power inductor the same, and recordingthe alternating current impedance R<ac.air> and average input power P<air> of the air core coil group at the moment; and IV, calculating the magnetic core loss P<loss> according to a formula based onthe data above.
