Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a stockbridge damper with high hardness and corrosion resistance, which comprises the steps of casting, cooling, polishing, inspection, steel strand blanking, galvanizing, riveting, plasma spraying, finished product testing, warehousing and the like, wherein the raw material of casting is HT200 or HT250 pearlite gray cast iron, then a hammer, a wireclamp and a steel strand are riveted, and the stockbridge damper is warehoused after plasma spraying and finished product testing. The preparation method of the stockbridge damper with high hardness and corrosion resistance changes the traditional stockbridge damper preparation method, the rust protection effect of the surface of the steel strand is improved through performing the galvanizing operation on the steel strand, the corrosion resistance of the stockbridge damper is improved, titanium aluminum nitride and a tungsten carbide carbon film to a melt or semi-melt state by using a plasma spraying technology, a tungsten carbide coating is formed on the surface of the stockbridge damper, and the hardness of the tungsten carbide coating can reach up to Rockwell hardness HRC60, so that thesurface hardness of the stockbridge damper is improved, the damage of the external environment to the stockbridge damper is reduced, and the overall firmness and safety of the stockbridge damper areimproved.
