Abstract

The invention provides a commodity information extraction method and device, and an automatic vending system. The method includes obtaining images of commodities whose information is to be extracted,wherein the images at least reflect the appearance of the commodities and labels of commodity packaging; performing image identification on the labels including commodity packaging so as to identify label information of the commodities; obtaining the weights of the commodities whose information is to be extracted; taking the images as a training sample to input into a preset commodity identification model to perform training, and distributing sale identification for training results; and performing matching preservation on the label information, commodity weights and sale identification so that the sale characteristic data of the commodities can be obtained. Through the schemes, the automatic extraction of the sale characteristic data of the commodities can be automatically accomplished, so that efficiency can be higher, and requirements of the automatic vending system can be met.
