no. 1 approach

[0051] use Figure 1~5 A control device for an AC motor according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0052] The device is aimed at driving a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor 4 (hereinafter referred to as PM motor 4), roughly divided into controller 1 for controlling PM motor 4, power supply 21, inverter main circuit 22, drive inverter The inverter 2 constituted by the gate driver 23 of the inverter main circuit, the current detector 3 for detecting the phase current of the PM motor 4, and the PM motor 4 as the driving object are constituted.

[0053] In addition, although the PM motor is mentioned as an example in this embodiment as a drive object, it is also applicable to other types of AC motors.

[0054]The controller 1 is a controller for performing vector control on the PM motor 4, and includes a motor constant calculator 5 as a characteristic part of the present invention, an analyzer 6 for analyzing the calculated value of...

no. 2 approach

[0090] Next, use Figure 6 , 7 , a control device for an AC motor according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0091] exist Figure 6 A block diagram of the second embodiment is shown in . Figure 6 is for figure 1In the configuration diagram of the first embodiment, a power supply voltage detector 24 is newly added to the inverter 2, and the value detected by the power supply voltage detector 24 is read into the motor constant calculator 5B. Figure 6 Parts in the part number with the figure 1 same as figure 1 same parts in . In the second embodiment, only the operation of the motor constant calculator 5B is different from that of the first embodiment, and other operations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0092] exist Figure 7 The block structure of the motor constant calculator 5B is shown in . Figure 7 and figure 2 The motor constant calculator 5 has almost the same structure, but the point of inputting the powe...

no. 3 approach

[0099] Next, use Figure 8-10 , a control device for an AC motor according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0100] In the first and second embodiments described above, it was shown that by calculating the motor constant, it is possible to accurately detect the abnormality in the rotational speed of the PM motor 4 . However, in the system using the PM motor 4 , abnormalities caused by various causes other than the rotational speed abnormality also occur. For example, when the ambient temperature of the motor rises, the rotor temperature of the PM motor rises, and irreversible demagnetization occurs, rotation pulsation and accompanying noise occur.

[0101] In the first and second embodiments, it is possible to detect obvious abnormalities such as stop due to out of step, but it is difficult to detect signs of vibration of the device and irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets mounted on the rotor.

[0102] In the third embodiment o...

Abstract

Provided is an AC electric motor control device capable of detecting, in an AC electric motor drive device, abnormal operation of an AC electric motor or abnormal operation due to, for example, a sudden change of a load without an erroneous operation regardless of the operational state of the AC electric motor. When driving a three-phase AC electric motor by an inverter, inside a controller, an electric motor constant is calculated using at least one of the current, voltage, and rotational speed of the electric motor and the variation of the constant value is analyzed, thereby detecting abnormal operation of the electric motor or abnormal operation of a load device connected to the electric motor. In order to analyze the constant, a variation to be determined to be abnormal is preset or anabnormal value is calculated in comparison with the accumulated values of past constant changes. Alternatively, only the variation of the constant calculated in the controller is extracted to detectabnormality.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a driving device of a three-phase AC motor, and a motor driving technology applicable to machine tools, pumps, fans, conveyor belts, elevators, electric vehicles, etc. using it, and particularly relates to the detection technology of its abnormal operation. Background technique [0002] AC motors are used in various fields such as home appliances, industry, automobiles, and railways. In recent years, sensorless control that enables rotational speed control and torque control without directly detecting the rotational speed and rotational position angle of a motor has been widely used. The spread of sensorless control can avoid the risk of sensor failure, so reliability can be greatly improved. [0003] However, since there are no sensors, it is difficult to detect abnormal operations such as out-of-step of the AC motor, or device abnormalities caused by excessive loads. In addition, there is an increasing need to detec...
