Abstract

The prevention method comprises the following steps: a process of placing a rawmaterial roll in a leveling uncoiler, rotating a coiling block of the leveling uncoiler toward a reeling direction of the reeling machine to drive an inner ring of the raw material roll to rotate andswell, wherein the raw material roll is formed by rolling strip steel; in a process that the coiling block of the leveling uncoiler rotates, expanding the coiling block of the leveling uncoiler to swell the raw material roll; threading the raw material roll on the reeling machine; and starting turning after threading. The prevention method provided by the invention reduces the bruise rate of bruise of strip steel in the hot rolling smoothing line, improves the yield of a leveling area, and brings remarkable economical benefit for smooth production of strip steel.
