Problems solved by technology

[0005] The existing elevator system needs to combine the operating status of the elevator itself to obtain whether the elevator is faulty. At present, the acceleration sensor has been applied to the elevator system, realizing various elevator fault detection and speed detection, etc., and improving the elevator running function detection. During actual operation, various parameters based on the time relationship are subject to change. For example, the acceleration value and speed value are all changing at any time. How to realize the detection and implementation of the trapped persons based on the acceleration sensor is currently not given. come up with a way of combining and coping

[0081] S101. Obtain the vertical acceleration value Ay in the vertical direction of the elevator car and the horizontal acceleration value Ax in the horizontal direction of the moving car door at each moment based on the acceleration sensor, and store Ay and Ax according to time series values;

[0082] The multi-axis acceleration sensor is fixed on the moving door leaf of the elevator car. The z-axis of the multi-axis acceleration sensor in this embodiment is vertically installed on the door leaf, the x-axis is parallel to the moving direction of the door leaf, and the y-axis is perpendicular to the ground and parallel to the elevator shaft. The judgment of the running direction of the elevator is to judge whether the elevator is running up or down by the value of the acceleration ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for abnormal trapping of persons in an elevator compartment. An acceleration sensor is arranged on a movable compartment door of the elevator compartment, and a PIR (pyroelectric infrared sensor) is arranged in the elevator compartment. The detection method for the abnormal trapping of the persons in the elevator compartment includes: based on the PIR, recording information of the persons who enter and exit out of the elevator compartment; based on the acceleration sensor, obtaining running status of the elevator compartment; under the condition thatthe acceleration sensor judges that the running status of the elevator compartment is abnormal, judging if the persons are trapped based on the person information recorded by the PIR. The detection method for the abnormal trapping of the persons in the elevator compartment achieves detection for the trapping of the persons by using the PIR and the acceleration sensor which are low in cost, can work without need for rewiring and transformation on an electrical structure of an existing elevator control system, optimizes an existing acceleration sensor which can only achieve a function of detecting elevator fault, and can completely achieve a person trapping detection function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a method and system for detecting abnormal entrapment of people in an elevator car. Background technique [0002] With the development of society, elevators are becoming more and more popular in people's lives as a means of transportation. The quality of passengers and the scope of use of passengers are becoming wider and wider. Elevator failures, external power outages, and passengers fainting cause passengers to be trapped in elevators. Also happens from time to time. [0003] Nowadays, the alarm after the elevator is trapped is often realized by the trapped person making a phone call or triggering the emergency alarm device in the elevator car. This often leads to the problem of untimely rescue caused by no signal on the phone or failure of the rescue device in the car. The occasion of installing the camera is also mainly to directly observe whether there are people in the ...
