Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapid factory inspection of a rechargeable battery. The method comprises the following steps: S1, placing rechargeable batteries after production completion on a transmission channel and carrying out discharging for 2 to 5s b using heavy currents of 1C to 5C, thereby detecting an open circuit voltage, a post-discharge voltage and an internal resistance of each battery; step two, marking detection information on the battery and pushing out the battery with the detection value deviating from a given process range; step three, packaging the qualified rechargeable batteries and moving the batteries out of the factory. On the basis of a dual-channel parallel mode, the rechargeable batteries are detected and thus the detection speed can reach 10 to 20 per minute; with the spot checking mode, the produced rechargeable batteries are detected and discharging is performed for 2 to 5s by using eavy currents of 1C to 5C so as to detect the open circuit voltage,post-discharge voltage and internal resistance of each battery; and after detection completion, the information is marked on the battery.
