The data structured migration method comprises the steps: according to a preset sourcelibrary sub-library sub-table rule and source data table migration batch information, reading migration data of the batch from a source database; performing data analysis on the to-be-migrated data according to a preset data organization rule to obtain an analysis result which comprises a clean data table and a to-be-queried data table; writing data in the clean data table into a target database according to a preset target library sub-library sub-table rule; and detecting a selection operation of data in the to-be-queried data table, and writing the selected data into a target database according to a target library sub-library sub-table rule. By adopting the data structured migration method, the migration efficiency and the migration accuracy can be improved.
