The vehicle-mounted terminal is installed, a driving recorder does not need to be developed, and other fault points derived from developments of additional functions on regulation parts are prevented. When the vehicle-mounted terminal is in a failure state, a user is prompted to trigger the unlocking signal through manual operation, so that the ECU unlocks the to-be-controlled vehicle in time, the situation that the vehicle cannot be unlocked due to failure of the vehicle-mounted terminal is avoided, and the vehicle remote control intelligence and safety are improved.
