The comprehensive RC heat transfer model is formed by coupling a cooling component RC simplified model, an unstable-state RC heat transfer model of a multi-layer wall body and a room comprehensive heat transfer RC network model. The cooling component RC simplified model is formed by coupling a pi-type RC network heat transfer model between a water supply pipe and a core temperature layer and a multi-layer wall RC finite difference model between the core temperature layer and the upper and lower surfaces of a cooling component; wherein the unstable-state RC heat transfer model of the multilayer wall body comprises a south wall model, an east wall model, a ceiling model, a west wall model and a north wall model; a room comprehensive heat transfer RC network model; wherein a group of radiation surface thermal resistance and convection heat exchange thermal resistance which are connected in series are respectively arranged between the space core temperature point and the multilayer wall RC finite difference model, the south wall model, the east wall model, the ceiling model, the west wall model and the north wall model, and a radiation space thermal resistance is connected between any two radiation surface thermal resistances.
