The refrigerating or heat pump system comprises a compressor, a condenser, an ejector, a heat regenerator, a throttling element and an evaporator; the compressor, the condenser, the heat regenerator, the throttling element and the evaporator are sequentially connected to form a heat exchange loop; a condensate collecting tank is arranged at the bottom of a single condensing pipeline above the condenser; a liquid extracting pipe is connected to the condensate collecting tank; a gas-phase working medium collecting tank is arranged at the top of a single evaporation tube pass below the evaporator; the gas-phase working medium collecting tank is connected with an air suction pipe; theliquid pumping pipe is connected with a working fluid inlet of the ejector; the air suction pipe is connected with the air inlet of the ejector; and the working fluid outlet of the ejector is connected with the air supply port of the compressor through the heat regenerator. According to the system, a saturated working medium is extracted, so that components of the working medium in the thermodynamic cycle are adjusted, and thus the heat exchange capacity of the condenser and the evaporator is improved, and the problems that an existing refrigeration or heat pump system is low in efficiency andhigh in energy consumption are solved.
