Abstract

The invention discloses an optical fiber temperature sensor and a manufacture method thereof. The optical fiber temperature sensor comprises an optical fiber, an inner sheath and an outer sheath, wherein the inner sheath wraps the optical fiber, the inner sheath is made of a low temperature resisting thermoplastic elastomer or low temperature resisting thermoset elastomer, so that the inner sheathstill keeps elastic at low temperature, further, the inner sheath is used for reducing impact due to shrinking and deforming of the outer sheath at low temperature, and the outer sheath wraps the inner sheath and is used for enhancing mechanical strength of the optical fiber temperature sensor. According to the optical fiber temperature sensor and the manufacture method thereof, the optical fiberinner sheath based on low temperature resisting silicon rubber has high thermal conductivity, keeps elastic and soft at low temperature, and effectively reduces impact caused by shrinking and deforming of the outer sheath at low temperature; the optical fiber temperature sensor resisting extremely low temperature is not packed by metal, thereby not causing electromagnetic interference with superconducting cables and superconducting magnets, and not affecting insulation performance of devices.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of low-temperature temperature sensors, and more specifically, to an optical fiber temperature sensor and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The distributed optical fiber temperature measurement method based on Raman scattering has the advantages of high voltage resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference, small fiber size, and long-distance continuous temperature measurement, so it is widely used in temperature monitoring and monitoring of conventional power cables, transformers, and oil pipelines. The fire alarm is on. Since the bare core of the optical fiber is thin and easy to break, a specific package is added outside the core to increase its strength and be suitable for actual engineering projects. [0003] In large superconducting power equipment such as superconducting cables, superconducting magnets and superconducting maglev trains, a part of the superconducting strip is quenched ...
