Abstract

The invention discloses a device for treating organic chemical wastewater by using a polymer adsorbing material. The device comprises a mounting seat board and a movable structure. The middle part ofthe mounting seat board is sequentially provided with a sedimentation structure, an inorganic adsorption structure, a carbon adsorption structure, an organic adsorption structure and a reverse osmosisstructure from left to right, wherein the upper end of the sedimentation structure is connected with a water inlet pipe; the sedimentation structure and the inorganic adsorption structure communicatewith each other through a water delivery pipeline 4; one end of the water delivery pipeline 4 communicates with the slight-right part of the upper end of the sedimentation structure, and the other end of the water delivery pipeline 4 communicates with the lower end of the inorganic adsorption structure; and the inorganic adsorption structure and the carbon adsorption structure communicate with each other through a water delivery pipeline 3. The device of the invention has various adsorption treatment modes, and can remove metal ions in organic chemical wastewater more comprehensively; and since the device has the corresponding movable structure, so the device can be moved to meet the special needs of users.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water purification, in particular to a device for treating organic chemical wastewater by using a polymer adsorption material. Background technique [0002] With the development of society, my country's industrialization is developing faster and faster, and with the development of industrialization, the treatment of industrial wastewater has become a problem that people cannot ignore. Industrial wastewater contains a large number of metal ions such as Hg2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, etc. etc., and more and more polymer materials have been applied to wastewater treatment due to their good adsorption properties, thereby removing metal ions in water. The current water purification methods include precipitation, adsorption, and filtration, among which adsorption plays a big role. The adsorption methods include inorganic adsorption, organic adsorption and carbon adsorption, etc., but different methods have different eff...
