Abstract

The invention discloses a DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing system and a DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing method. The DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing system comprises a power module, an AD conversion module, a storage module, a DSP and a display module. The DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing method comprises the steps that: the power module performs voltage conversion to supply power to other modules; the DSP controls an AD conversion chip to operate andconvert an analog signal modulated by means of a micro-displacement sensor into a digital signal; the DSP reads the digital signal after AD conversion and stores the digital signal in the storage module; the DSP demodulates the digital signal to obtain a micro-displacement signal and stores the micro-displacement signal in the storage module; the DSP filters the demodulated micro-displacement signal and stores it in the storage module; and the filtered micro-displacement data is transmitted to an upper computer by means of a serial port for display and subsequent processing. The DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing system and the DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing method realize the processing of active optical micro-displacement sensor signals by adopting a digital signal processing method, perform real-time demodulation and filtering processing on the modulated noise-containing micro-displacement signal, display the micro-displacement data in real time, and have the advantages of fast overall processing speed and high precision.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of digital signal processing, in particular to a DSP-based active optical micro-displacement sensor signal processing system and method. Background technique [0002] As a new discipline, digital signal processing has benefited from the rapid development of computer science and information science, and it is playing an increasingly important role in various fields of application. In a brief summary, digital signal processing uses sequences (number sequences or symbol sequences) to represent signals, and the sequences are processed by general-purpose or special-purpose digital signal processing equipment to extract useful information for application. Methods of processing include filtering, transforming, compressing, enhancing, estimating, etc. Compared with analog signal processing, digital signal processing has great advantages in terms of speed, flexibility, accuracy, research and development costs, and environment...
