Embodiment Construction

[0031] The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0032] 1. Sampling conditions for peanut seedlings: first, select sampling points in the stack where roughage is stored according to the "five-point sampling method" (as shown in Figure 1), and take about 200.0g from each sampling point, and remove the peanut seedlings 50cm above the surface before sampling , Be careful not to let the leaves fall off when sampling, and collect complete or representative peanut seedlings to ensure the stem-to-leaf ratio of peanut seedlings. Afterwards, divide it ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the forage nutrition field and especially relates to a method for predicting nutritional components of a peanut seedling. The method comprises the following steps of accurately collecting 50-100 groups of peanut seedling samples on a stack where peanut seedlings are stored according to a ''five-point sampling method' '; removing impurities on the peanut seedlings, using scissors or a straw chopper to cut the samples, smashing the samples and sieving to acquire 40-60 mesh peanut seedling samples; using an infrared spectrometer to detect the samples, repeating 3-5 timesfor each group of samples to obtain an original spectrogram; and in the original spectrogram, through standard normal transformation, de-trending correction and an algorithm of combining a first derivative or a second derivative, calibrating a correlation coefficient of a sample nutrient component index, and then determining the accurately-predicted sample nutrient component index. By using a system of the invention, during near-infrared rapid peanut seedling sample component determination, selection and optimization of an optimum condition of sampling, sample preparation, a scanning conditionon a computer and model establishing are explained, and the method has certain reference significance for predicting the nutritional components of the peanut seedlings through using a near-infrared technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of feed nutrition, in particular to a method for predicting nutritional components of peanut seedlings. Background technique [0002] At present, animal husbandry is developing rapidly, and the demand for high-quality roughage is increasing. Actively developing and utilizing roughage resources is of great significance for reducing waste, expanding feed sources, and reducing feed costs. Near-infrared technology has been widely used in fields related to animal husbandry production, but the method for determining the nutritional components of roughage with near-infrared technology is not mature. Peanut seedling is a high-quality roughage with high protein content, especially suitable for feeding ruminants. [0003] Peanut seedlings are rich in nutritional value, good in palatability and high in economic value, so they are feed resources worth developing. The traditional wet chemical method of feed nutritional value det...
